1. This engine will not work with high torque applications.  The following can be done to determine if your engine is high torque:
Pull the valve cover and get the body code off the injector solenoid.  The code for high torque is "AC."
High torque is identified by the following horsepower/rpm combinations as listed on the data tag, 210HP at 2300 RPM or 230HP at 2300 RPM.
Notes:
For F & E Series, complete VIN and serial number required to identify correct part number.
For International, serial number required to identify correct part number.
The engine serial number is located on a machined pad between the oil cooler and flywheel.
All long block engine purchases require the installation of a new oil cooler.  Warranty will be void if new oil cooler is not installed.
